We recently had the fantastic opportunity to act as official on-site agent for one of the first international exhibitions at the new Tehran International Fairground “Shahr-e Aftab”. On behalf of the show’s official logistics provider, our friends from Ekspres Lojistik, we conducted customs clearance for all shipments, delivered the shipments to their respective booth and last but not least managed empty and full good storage. With 23 exhibitors from Europe and Asia, the exhibition – being a first edition! — was a full success and a great indicator for the Iranian market’s vast potential. We are therefore thrilled to be able to provide comprehensive logistics services in this upcoming exhibition destination.
Anfang des Monats hatten wir die fantastische Gelegenheit als offizieller Platzspediteur für eine der ersten internationalen Messen am neuen Messegelände „Shahr-e Aftab“ in Teheran tätig zu sein. Im Auftrag des offiziellen Logistik-Partners der Messe, unseren Freunden von Ekspres Lojistik, haben wir sowohl die gesamte Zollabfertigung als auch die Zustellung der einzelnen Sendungen zum jeweiligen Stand ausgeführt. Mit 23 Aussteller aus Europa und Asien, die mit Exponaten angereist waren, kann diese Erstveranstaltung nur als voller Erfolg bezeichnet werden und verdeutlicht einmal mehr das Potential des iranischen Marktes. Wir freuen uns daher sehr, dass wir bereits heute umfassende Logistikdienstleistungen im Iran anbieten können!
Trotz eisiger Temperaturen konnte unsere russische Tochter, BTG Exhibition Logistics, das neue Jahr mit einigen Eilsendungen nach Gandhinagar, Indien, sehr erfolgreich beginnen. Vom 10. bis zum 13. Januar stellten diverse russische Industrie-Schwergewichte wie z.B. «Helicopters of Russia», «Shvabe» oder «TechnoServ AS» ihr Produktportfolio auf der internatinalen Investmentmesse «Vibrant Gujarat 2017″aus. Da die Messe offiziell durch das russische Ministerium für Industrie und Handel unterstützt wurde, verwundert es nicht, dass der russische Gemeinschaftsstand viele hochrangige Besucher anlocken konnte. Zu unserer großen Freude, hatten wir vor kurzem Gelegenheit auf Moskaus neuestem Messegelände — PATRIOT EXPO — zu arbeiten. Dieser neue Veranstaltungsort befindet sich ca. 60km außerhalb von Moskau und kann neben beachtlichen 40.000m² Hallenfläche auch auf eine Außenfläche von 120.000m² verweisen.
We recently had the pleasure of working at the first exhibition to ever take place at Moscow’s newest fairground — PATRIOT EXPO. This new venue is located approx. 60 km outside of Moscow and boasts more than 40.000m² of premium indoor exhibition space as well as another 120.000m² out in the open. The first show itself, ARMY 2016, was dedicated to weapons and military equipment and became a crowd magnet almost instantly.
Ende August durften wir als offizieller Spediteur der 17ten iFood Expo in Mashad eine Reihe internationaler Kunden in den Iran begleiten. Neben dem Transport der Waren, übernahmen wir die Zollabfertigung sowie das Handling auf dem Messegelaende. Aber sehen Sie selbst!
